Cofounder OS, operated by Karan Rajeshbhai Mungara, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Reply to your Paddle order receipt email and request a refund, or
- Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help coordinate with Paddle.
After Your Refund
Once a refund is issued, your subscription will be cancelled and access to paid features will end. You can continue using the Free plan.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for renewal charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Paddle.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback — we are almost always able to resolve billing issues directly and faster than your bank can.
Refund mechanics and timing are ultimately governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
