Cofounder OS is built and operated solo by Karan Rajeshbhai Mungara. Public sign-ups are disabled and we are not currently accepting payments. To try it out, reach me at withkarann.com.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cofounder OS (the "Service"), provided by Karan Rajeshbhai Mungara ("we", "us", "Seller"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Authority

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Cofounder OS provides AI-powered personas, action queues, integrations, and related productivity tools. Features evolve over time and may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

3. Account & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights (including IP);
  • Submit fraudulent, harmful, defamatory, hateful, or spam content;
  • Probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent technical limits;
  • Use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, malware, or attempt to jailbreak underlying models.

4. AI Outputs

The Service uses generative AI. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before use, and for ensuring you have the rights to any inputs you provide. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, tax). We may filter or refuse outputs and suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content") and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. We will respect valid takedown requests from rights holders and may terminate repeat infringers.

6. Payment, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your User Content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
